Tara Richmond, a senior, from Long Beach, Calif., brought home the girls’ triple jump title at the 32nd Simplot Games with a jump of 38’3”.
The rest of the competitors who reached the podium were:
2nd-Tessa Runels, a junior, from Union City, California, 37’09”
3rd-Shanique Walker, a junior, from San Jose, California, 37’06”
4th-Cydney Leath, a sophomore, from San Jose, California, 37’04”
5th-Olivia Hudson, a senior, from Corona, California, 37’03”
6th-Brittany Owens, a sophomore, from Boise, Idaho, 36’08”
