Shaq Thompson, Aaron Dewatteville, Jason Coupe, and Nick Torrence, from Sacramento, Calif., representing the Pacific United Track Club, won the boy’s 1600 sprint medley at the 32nd annual Simplot Games. They won with a time 3:31.45.
“It’s awesome, it’s our first time to come to the Simplot Games,” said Coupe. “We love it!”
Even though it was their first time to attend the Games they plan to continue to come, compete, and win again.
“We’ve wanted to come to the Simplot Games but we haven’t had enough guys for a relay until this year,” said Dewatteville.
